- US Shipping fee:
- Blanket & Canvas: Shipping fee = Standard shipping + 5*(quantity-1)
- Others: Shipping fee = Standard shipping + 3*(quantity-1)
- Worldwide:
- All products: Shipping fee = Standard shipping + 5*(quantity-1)
WHEN AND HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION?
The parcel tracking number will be sent to you via the provided email address during checkout. Please note that we do not responsible for lost tracking numbers due to the incorrect email address and/or phone number given during checkout. You may monitor your order later by choosing “Tracking Order” at the bottom of the main menu. The process often takes 5 – 7 business days.
If you have not received any email from HighlyUnique after 7 business days, don't hesitate to contact us at support@highlyunique.com so we can supply you with the information before filing a chargeback. Emails are not always received automatically.
CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept orders with multiple shipping addresses. Please place separate orders if you require things to be delivered to various addresses.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
International shipments from the United States are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All relevant taxes, tariffs, and customs charges are the responsibility of the package's recipient. Depending on the country, the postal parcel may be subject to local customs or VAT taxes. Don't hesitate to contact your country's customs office for additional information on its customs policies.
I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE… WHERE'S MY ORDER?
We have an extensive selection of products that are not kept on hand. When you order numerous items, they may be sent individually to expedite their delivery to you. You may obtain an item before receiving the next. Therefore, do not be alarmed if you do not receive all of your products immediately. They are on their way.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
Typically, this is because our customers mistyped their email addresses. We send three to four emails during the process, including a confirmation mail, a fulfillment note, and a shipment notice. If you suspect you mistyped your email address, please get in touch with support@highlyunique.com, and then we will correct it for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS?
Make sure you provide the proper address during checkout because:
- If we discover erroneous or missing information, we may be compelled to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which may create delays in delivering your purchase.
- We are not liable if your order is delivered to the incorrect address or is returned to the sender. Returns will be donated to charities rather than returned to our warehouse. Please double-check your mailing address before contacting our customer service.
- We charge a re-shipping fee for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
- We are not liable if your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged if you contact the last-mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or reroute it.
